What you'll do

We are looking for an Customer Experience Lead to help our customers get successfully onboarded to SaaSGrid, and use the product successfully. This primarily involves:

  • Integrations. When customers get started on SaaSGrid, they have to integrate their systems like Salesforce, Stripe, and NetSuite. You will help guide customers through this process and help them map their data to SaaSGrid.
  • Data Quality. Once integration data is in SaaSGrid, it often has to be audited to make sure it aligns with the customers’ existing KPI reporting; any discrepancies need to be reconciled and corrected. You will help perform audits, diagnose issues, and propose solutions to our customers.
  • KPI Configuration. Once data is accurate, customers need help configuring their dashboards and KPIs. SaaSGrid tracks over 150 SaaS metrics, each of which have dozens of settings, so customers rely on our expertise to determine what are the most important metrics they should be tracking.
  • Training. You will help train our new customers to make sure they are able to get the most out of SaaSGrid post-implementation. You’ll adopt your training based on the role, expertise, and skill of the user.
  • Ongoing Support. As companies growth with SaaSGrid they need help training new members, utilizing more features, and updating their data mappings. You will be both a proactive and reactive resource for our paying customers.

Who you are

  • Customer obsessed. You love getting hands-on with customers and seeing them succeed. You can simultaneously manage customer relationships, be a strategic partner, and help drive product adoption.
  • Product oriented. You love to understand the details of software products, and are ready to learn SaaSGrid from the inside out and so you can help coach our customers. Prior experience with finance products or CRM integrated products is a plus.
  • A builder. SaaSGrid is an early-stage company, so you get the freedom to build and create. We hope this excites you as much as it does us.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator. You’ll need to work with our customers to make sure they are delighted with the product, and turn their feedback into detailed feedback for our engineering team.
  • 5+ years of experience in an implementation, sales engineering, customer success, or revenue operations role. Customer facing experience is required.

This is an in office role in SaaSGrid’s San Francisco office.
